Vaginitis – Vagina Infections

Vaginitis is an inflammation of the vagina that creates discharge, odor, irritation, or itching. It is difficult to diagnose because vaginitis has many causes. Women use a variety of over-the-counter medications to treat the itching, discharge, and discomfort of these conditions.

Lower Your Body Fat Percentage

In order for your six pack abs to show through, you will need to lower your body fat percentage and build a strong abdominal wall. If your abs are small and weak, they will look that way no matter how low your body fat is. I would highly suggest getting your body fat tested to see where you are currently at. If you are around 10% body fat you need to go through something I call a “bulking” stage. During this stage, you will add more proteins, carbohydrates and fats to your diet to encourage new muscle growth in your abdominal wall. Yes, your calories will go up, but you will also be burning more with the high-intensity Weightlifting Workout Routines” needed to build your abdominal muscles. If your body fat is above 18%, you will need to lean your body out. This does not mean endless house of cardio! It requires getting smarter with your food combinations and adding some interval training workouts 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes to your regular fitness routine.

A great abdominal workout works your upper and lower abdominals as well as your obliques. If you are just focusing on doing 100 crunches a day or the abs machine you bought at 2am, you’re going to be sadly disappointed with your results. Isolation video, along with healthy meal plans

Things Women With Gorgeous Skin Do Every Day

Women with smooth, radiant skin aren’t just lucky. They tend to have six daily habits in common.
They cleanse gently, once a day.

Unless you have oily skin, you only need to wash your face in the evening, with a creamy cleanser and lukewarm water. Give the cleanser time to work. “Instead of scrubbing your face, let the cleanser sit on your skin for several seconds and break down the makeup, dirt, and oil,” says Boston dermatologist Ranella Hirsch, MD. In the morning, simply splash your face with lukewarm water. (If you’re oily, use a gentle foaming cleanser morning and evening.)

Laser Therapy For Clear Acne

Laser therapy aims to prevent run-of-the-mill “zits” (papules and pustules), and appears to be less effective with non-inflammatory acne (whiteheads and blackheads) and severe lesions (cysts and nodules).1 Lasers, much like at-home light devices, work on the premise of exciting compounds called porphyrins, which live inside acne bacteria.2

Stress Make You Sick ?

Between work, school, travel, children, spouses, over-scheduling, mounting bills and other day-to-day stressors, it is not abnormal to encounter stress. Stress, in many ways, is a natural element of human existence; it is one that often temporarily disturbs our lives. However, for some, stress does not come and go quickly, it lingers. If stress becomes long-term and chronic, it can wreak havoc on your body, making you susceptible to illness. Should a condition or illness already be present, it may be worsened.

Fitness Tips for a Killer Body

Do it in threes
“Any workout has three variables: weights, intensity, and volume,” Hood says. To keep your body guessing, focus on one variable per workout: Increase the weight but lower the number of reps one day; lower your standard weight but add a set the next; use your standard weight but do more reps faster on another.

Look for Cancer, and Find It

Mammography has become a fighting word in recent years, with some researchers questioning its value and others staunchly defending it.
One especially disturbing criticism is that screening mammography may lead to “overtreatment,” in which some women go through grueling therapies — surgery, radiation, chemotherapy — that they do not need. Indeed, some studies estimate that 19 percent or more of women whose breast cancers are found by mammography wind up being overtreated.

The Basics of Hair Removal

Tweezing generally doesn’t make hair grow back darker, and it’s a perfectly adequate method of hair removal if you have only a few stray hairs on your chin. However, it can be tedious and time-consuming if you have a lot of ground to cover. To make it easier, invest in good tweezers and a high magnification mirror. Tweezing is easiest after a hot shower or bath. If the growth is a little heavier, you might try other temporary methods. (Shaving is effective on your legs, but not a good choice for your face.)
